I'm wondering if I can re-use my old one.. my existing one is about 10 feet long.. give or take half a foot... is that enough or is it too short? Given I have a sedan and not a coupe.

The Power cable (8 Gauge from amp to battery + terminal0 from my old sentra was about 10-11 feet long. Is that long enough to go from the rear seat backs to the battery on the G35 Sedan? I guess I wasn't explaining it well enough.

No. I think you'll need a minimum of about 16-17 feet. I'd get 20 just to make sure. You don't want to come up 'just short' with this wire.

BUT, if you do run short, you could just suspend it across the passenger door and backseat. The only problem is that you'll have to duck under the power cable when you exit the car from the passenger side. j/k

 

I went from the battery--> through the rubber grommet on the firewall--> down the kick panel--> under the carpet along the passenger front seat--> under the back seat--> into the trunk--> across the trunk into that large black plastic piece that houses the bose amp and it was 17 feet.
