i have a 2004 g35 with the bose sounds system cd/sat/casd radio and i wanted to get the nav screen for it anyone know if i just need the screen and the controls or do i need the radio and the dash for it? and dose anyone have one they want to sell?

 

If you search and read some threads, you will find that it is possible to install the OEM navi, but it's not easy, plug n play, or cheap, and not all of the features work.

IMO, since the factory radio is likely going to brak on you one way or another, the better choice is to get the double DIN kit and a double DIN head unit with navigation.
