Navigation updated disc....possible to rip?

I would think it would be possible to get a copy using a software such as alcohol 120 to burn it, has anyone seen anything floating around on this? I currently have a 06 model.

it's possible to rip, I am not sure as to how the mods look at pirating software as a topic.
What I can tell you is that you need a dual layer dvd burner, dvd+r-DL disks and software that can set the booktype to dvd-rom as opposed to dvd+r.

google it if you need more info

hey there,
its probably been a few months since you heard anything on this topic but you are able to burn the navigation disc and the update cd with your home burner and with my experience i have had success with Nero(version 8)

I was successfully able to burn Nav Disc 6.5 and seperate update cd for my 2005 g35x. it took me 2 tries but i learned that if you get a file that is either compressed or an image, you will have a higher success rate if you unpackage the contents and simply burn them onto the DVD+R DL disc.

just my 2 cents

good luck
