Question 3 Questions...need advice

I will be installing my system hopefully this weekend and have a few questions before i start.

1. My system will consist of 2 amps (1-600w, 1-200wx2). So i will be running roughly 1,000w total. How much power can the stock alternator handle? I will only be running the 2chan at about 125x2 and i think the other amp is overrated. Realistically I will probably be around 850w total. Will this be a problem?

2. I have finally decided to use sound deadener on the doors. I hear that once this is installed, you cannot remove it. What happens if the window motor goes out down the road? I have an extended warranty, but will the dealer work on it if it's sound deadened? Has anyone had trouble with this in the past?

3. My biggest concern is the Molex plug. I will be drilling through this to run some 16awg speaker wire. I'm afraid that this will void the warranty. Does anyone know if this this does in fact void the warranty?

Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Tyson

2. sound deadener should be against your door and should clear the window regulator without any problems

1. I'm running 1000w + 150w x2 for a total of 1300w and no problems with the stock alternator. Stock battery did kick a week or so after the install. I installed a spiral cell battery and it's been good going on a year and half so far. I did install a 3F cap on each amp (2 total), don't know if it did any good, but I don't get any dimming.

2. sound deaden the outside skin this won't affect access to the window motor. What I did was also sound deaded the inside skin but trimed around the metal plate and all bolt holes so you can still get easy access in case you need to remove it. It takes a lot longer but makes life much easier down the road since you know where all the bolts are.

3. no idea on the warranty issue but my guess is that they would give you a hard time if something electrical went wrong in the doors.
