What X-Over settings for MBQuarts?

What X-Over settings for MBQuarts?
I just installed a set of MB Quart PCE 216 Components in the doors.
I have a JL Audio 450/1 amp.
What should the crossover setting be? I seem to be getting a bit to much bass out of the 6.5" mids.

I don't think you should go lower than 70hz or so. Anything lower than that should be produced by the sub. I usually set QM's at 75-80 and up and have the sub stop at 70 hz.
