in dash nav/receiver/double din wood trim

i see a buch of people with an aftermarket double din kit conversion with the aluminum trim. anyone have the wood trim from the factory and an aftermarket install? i searched, but no luck....

i looked at crutchfield, but they don't have too many options for my car it seems. i have a '05 sedan with the factory bose stereo system.

has anyone done a successful aftermarket install with the factory bose setup?

I have the factory wood trim. But it is not around the dash. It is on the stick and door handles. Yes, I have an aftermarket navigation with a Double Din Conversion for a Pioneer. Sounds better than the original HU.
