06 DVD unit into 05 G w/ nav?

06 DVD unit into 05 G w/ nav?
I have an 05 G35x with factory navi. The navi interface is much improved on the 06 models so I'd like to switch my navi brain out with an 06 brain. Does anyone know if this is plug and play?

I am also curious about this. I haven't yet seen the '06 navi interface but I have read from a few that say it looks better than the '05.
