Holy crap!

That new amp looks awesome - how are you going to mount it? Will it fit in the spare tire area?

Re: Look at my Phase 2 stereo upgrade project

Would some kind person give me the specs on that amp. I'm not familiar with that brand, which means it must be crap OR, killer stuff. (I'm sure it's nice. I want the details.)

Thanks.

Re: Look at my stereo upgrade projects

Where else would you mount the amp in the trunk - not much room in there besides the spare tire area. I have no overheating problems with my amp (JBL px300.4) in the spare tire area (covered in a box frame with plexiglass cover). I usually have the trunk mat covering it all too. Anywhere in the trunk its gonna get hot.

Re: Look at my stereo upgrade projects

BUN,

Do a search for TRU amps online...

That stuff is scary awesome. Like some of the best stuff ever designed. I am scared to ask what he paid for that amp, probably in the $2000 range.

These things are built like the highest end home stereo amps.

2004 G35 Coupe 6MT
Volk GT-7's/ TEIN Basics
Falken 245/35/ZR19 & 285/35ZR19
Kinetix Racing Camber Rods/ K&N Typhoon CAI

Re: Look at my stereo upgrade projects

www.trutechnology.com

Every amp they built is handbuilt and tested... It is one of the better amps on the market... very niche market that they are targeting...

I got a wicked deal from John @ Tru..... =)

G35c, 5AT, NAV
INJEN CAI, Borla TD Exhaust, Grounding Kit
Kinetix Plenum, Hi-Flow CAT, Front Lip Spoiler
8000K HID, PIAA 7500K SPARK BLUE
