Anyone know of a shop in the Sacramento, CA area that will do the double DIN conversion? It seems way to difficult for me to do.

 

any audio shop can do it, as long as you have the kit.......do you?

its hard to say, if you buy a deck from the shop who is gonna install it, it might be around 50~75, if you only asking they to install the kit, they might charge you 150 or so, and it will depend on how much of system you are buying from them too, it just matter of taking the whole lower dash and trim around the clock apart. best thing to do is go around town and ask the shops. there is a good DYI on how to take the dash apart, you can print it out and take to the shops, if that shop has not done one yet, it might be easlier for them to judge the pricing...good luck!

Try Streetryde Performance in Elk Grove...the owner has a "G" with a double din conversion and they did my car also.
The shop is in the Walmart shopping center at 99 & Elk Grove Blvd. Ask for Nick.

Yeah, I live in Elk Grove, and passed by the shop a couple times. He has a white G35, right?

Yeah thats right...he has a white coupe...if I remember right I paid around $100.00 for the double din install. I will be there on saturday, why dont you come by then and you can check out both cars.
