Sub and amp w/ stock receiver
I just want to put in one subwoofer and an amp. Can this be done easily with the stock receiver. I just want an easy install without having to mess up my dash.

That is not a problem. Either get an amp that you can directly connect using the high's off the rear speakers or get a line converter (LOC). The only tricky part is getting power to the amp (will require some work).

From your sig it says you have premium. Makes the whole thing super simple. You can tap into the lines going into the Bose amp that's already in the trunk. You will just need to run a power cable from the battery back there.
Since you're adding a sub, I recommend replacing the Bose amp though. Most aftermarket amps have a "high pass filter" (crossover) option which removes the subwoofer frequencies going out to the rest of the speakers. The factory speakers (or any other speakers for that matter) will sound much better and get much louder if they're not trying to do the work that your sub is already doing.
