garmin nuvi 750

hey guys, im sort of looking for a GPS, and costco has a sale on a Garmin Nuvi 750 for $199.99. i was just wondering what you guys thought about this one and if any of you have actualy used it.

The 750 is pretty good if you want full North America maps but don't want bluetooth. Step up to the 760 for BT and 770 for international mapping.

The 255W and 200-series range is really good as well. What specific features are you looking for?

I read on a number of websites that Garmin Nuvis are the only way to go.

well i live in the north east and dont really travel south much but i do go to canada often, mostly in the Quebec region, so everything in betweens there it what i really want

would the 750 still be a good choice considering these details?

that does look pretty sick, but im looking at the 750 becuase its at Costco right near my house, and ive heard very good things about garmin

Amazon has the 760's on for $250 with free shipping right now.

I have used and owned several different brands of GPS. From a "ease of use", intuitive controls, and most important Customer Service standpoint, Garmin is "head and shoulders above the rest".

ok nice do you know if the 750 or 760 work in the Quebec, Canada area?

They should have the V8 or V9 software and it includes all of Canada, but not Mexico. Since the V9 just came out a few months ago, if you get a V8 with your new GPS, they give you an upgrade to the lastest version for free. Updates come out about once a year and are $75.

ok awsome, and mexico isnt needed for me haha just new england and Quebec part of canada

Thanks for the info Texas, so now i just have to make sure it has the V8 or V9 software , thanks agian
