Help on Double Din Trim Kit
Help on Double Din Trim Kit
I have a 2005 G35 sedan auto, and I want to purchase the Pioneer F700BT. The problem is I don't know what trim kit to go with. I was hoping there was a kit out there that lets me keep my stock A/C controls or at least give me new ones that look the same as the stock ones. Also if there isn't any kit that can work with this in-dash can some one post up pics if they have an 05 possibly with the Pioneer F700BT HU. Thanks a lot guys and sorry if this thread has already been talked about, I didn't seem to find the answer I was looking for yet.

Are you sure that the f700bt comes with the trim piece to go around the gap? I thought I read a post that said "Pioneer didn't supply me with a trim piece so I have this ugly gap." And he was using the f90bt which is the model after the 700 and there both the same size unit.
Actually there is a JDM part with the dual button included. Cost a bit more. I ordered mine from my local Nissan dealership last week. They are bringing it in from Japan at the same price Yosi Garage was going to sell me.
The part # is 27500-AC505!!!
There is a sticky in this forum about the conversion kit.

My local dealer had never heard of the DD dash piece and AC controler. I just ordered it from one of this site's vendors.
I have the graphite interior, so I had a bodyshop spray the new dash piece, lower center console area, ,and the finisher around the clock / AC display. I had all three done so that it would all look the same. He custom mixed the paint, and cleared it with the matte clear coat. Came out VERY good, and only cost me $40!
