Re: LATEST PICS OF COUPE BOX!

I am going tomorrow to find the closest match to the trunk panels. Beleive it or not this is a difficult task. There are so many variations of this carpet. It is hard to find a good match. It will either have too much grey or black. If you look at the back of your back seat you will notice it does not match your trunk panels. Guess Infiniti had a hard time too. On my black door panels the top does not match the middle perf leather. I am being very **** though...

We measured the box tonight with sand. It is exactly .805 cuft. or 1392 cuin. Once filled with polyfill we should be at 1 cuft.

the IDMAX do come in a 10" configuration, with your choice of 2 ohms or 4 ohms.

their website does not list all their products...who knows why...

Re: LATEST PICS OF COUPE BOX!

www.sounddomain.com has all the ID subs available. The mounting depth for the IDMAX 10 is 7.75" and it requires at least 1cu ft of air space.

The 10w7 wont work either.

Nice box though. I'm gonna play with fiberglass over the summer. Looks like fun!

I'm thinking you guys need to chill out. He "estimates" at $299. Wait until its done and he gives out a final price and then voice your opinion about it. Until then, its not even finalized. I'd just appreciate the work that is put into it. It does look pretty sweet.

Technically, nobody is allowed to sell things on the forums... so please keep pricing to yourselves and if you want to sell things on this forum, then you should become a sponsor...click the link on the top of the site...

In the meantime, since you are not really selling anything yet, i will keep this thread open.

Does the same go for grounding wires? Please don't ban me for asking, it's a serious question that deserves a serious answer.

Grounding Gear is a sponsor on the site, so thats why they can advertise/sell stuff on the forums.

The policy is to protect you, the forum members, from unauthorized/unvarified sale where the seller can just take your money and run with it...

Nothing wrong with posting pics of the sub enclosure... just please dont post prices and dont sell the item here

Re: LATEST PICS OF COUPE BOX!

Sounds fair to me, and a good idea....thanks for the explanation. And since these guys are providing such a valuable resource to us, so long as they don't post prices and only provide technical support as well as testimonials, it seems this would be a good candidate for a sticky thread.
