Considering a Viper 5900 Alarm
I'm interested in this alarm system too..sounds like a great invesmemt considering all the performance upgrades and aftermarket audio equipment I installed...any body have a video clip of the security system in action???
I just got my Viper 5901 w/ remote start installed 2 weeks ago. Its great, but the book is a bit of a pain in explaining to do the functions.
I paid to have this installed, and it was $450 out the door.
From what the salesman said, you WILL need 2 keys for this install. I carry around 1 fob (Viper).

I got the 5701 and love it. I like it because the remote is very small and compact (smaller than the factory fob) and it has almost all of the features of the 5901. I have it on my nissan 300zx tt so I didn't have to give up a key though
