so im up in taos, NM, visiting some friends. i go to leave at about midnight last night, and its a whopping -2 degrees out. brrrrr....
it started no problem, (except my cold ****), but when i tried to listen to music, nothing played. the headunit seemed to be working fine, played CD's and all, but i got no sound. The sound from pushing the buttons didnt work, as well as the navi sound didnt work. any ideas?

yeah. once the car warmed up, it was fine. it took a few min. after the interior was warm too, so thinkin maybe somethin in the amp??

 

Amps have an operating temp range. Most don't go as low as -2 so it wouldn't work. I don't know what the range of yours is but as far as I know, this is normal to a point.

 

idk, its the stock amp. noone else has had this problem tho??
