Opinions on amps

I'll be running a Pioneer Avic Z2 headunit, a JL Audio W3V2 in a Zenclosure box. Just wondering what amp would be recommended.

Highly depends on your budget. Ttake a look at the rms of the sub and match it with the rms of the amplifier. Pretty much any amp can be recommended.

a W3 you can run a solid 300 watt amp. 1000.1 is WAAAAY too much for that. I've seen W6s and W7s blow on a 1000.1
