any one used rainbow car audio speaker?

any one used rainbow car audio speaker?

i was given a deal on two rainbow audio comp speakers

SLC 265.02 (sound line)
CS 265P3 (professional line)

anyone familiar with these speakers??

i am thinking of using the stock HU
audiocontrol EQS
alpine 5 chaneels amp
and an ID10 sub with the box to be made by the people on this forum... any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes I had the 3-way contours in my old car and they sounded great. You can achieve better results using home audio drivers (better build quality) and running it with an active crossover. You can do it cheaper this way without spending lots of money.

Rainbow is a great company. Their speakers are top notch. I prefer them over MB Quart actually. That says a lot considering the QSD quarts were my favorite components...until i heard the platinums. WOW!
