Installing sub & amp on a sedan

I did my research here, and just want to know if I'm on the right track. I have a 2003 sedan w/ the Premium/Bose package. I looked in the trunk and only saw one amp, tho I've read that there may be a small one on/under my subwoofer...I didn't see anything myself.

Anyway, I was wondering, should i be able to take the wires connected to my 8" sub, run them through a LLC, connect the RCA's to a new amp's inputs, then connect the amp's output to my new 12" subwoofer? Do I even need to run a LLC?

It looks like my power wire would need to go to my distribution block, then two additional wires would need to be attached to my capacitor and my amp, correct?

I'm a Noobie at this stuff so I wanted to make sure. If anyone knows of any issues I may run into, please let me know. Any recommendations are also appreciated! I plan to run an Infinity Kappa Perfect DVC 12" w/ a JBL 600.1 amp. Unless someone recommends a better amp for around $250 - $350.

Aloha,
