I have an 03 G35 Sedan, and wanting to upgrade the speakers. (I wrote this at 3am, excuse any mistakes)


1) Dose anyone if I have to remove the door panel to get to the tweeter? Or will the tweeter be accessible without taking the door panel apart?

2) I read a lot of issues with the factory stereo, and sounds like it will eventually fail. Is that true? Mine is starting to act up now. I really want to keep the stock look, but will upgrade if I need to.

3) I read somewhere stated that the speakers are not 4ohm, is that also true? Or does this car have standard speakers all around? Does any know the specs (power rating) on the factory amp?

4) Does anyone know how much gas is left in the tank when the light comes on?

5) Can the stock instrument bulbs can be changed to LED, and change the amber color to white?

6) Are the tail lights from 05/06 models fit on 03?

7) Anyone in the Bay Area know where I can get a key programmed and cut?

8) Is there an easy fix for the seat problem (small amount of move when accelerating and/or braking)? Will this get worst?

1. no door has to come apart, but it's mainly held in with clips just be careful (2 screws behind the door handle and one by the door lock - have to unclip the harness from the window controller as well.
2. depends if your circuit bored got screwed up along the way - common problem.
3. speakers are 4ohm don't worry about it. they're clarion not bose
4. I think it's between 10-15 litres. dunno the litre/gallon conversion sorry

8. sounds like your bushings are going. get new bushings.
