Electrical help, please

So finally after my long and painful divorce I actually have some extra money for my G. So first thing I wanted as a new deck, went and got the Pioneer F900. Foolishly of me, since I used to install decks into imports back in the day thought this would be no problem. Managed to get everything hooked up except for the metra cable which I put off and had to order, no sound, oh well deck was on and working. Well then my battery decided to die. In doing so decided to lock up my alarm and wouldn't let me crank it. Needed a jump to charge the battery. My room mate had some jumper cables. Went to jump, started smoking, cheap cables. After that Navi and Deck wont even turn on. Left the car over night, Started up fine this morning. Still nothing from deck or navi. Checked all fuses, in engine bay, good, check in cabin, good, even the audio one. Check the one on the deck, good. Went to check power for cables, AAC or ACC, can;t remember, good, battery cable, NO GOOD. No clue where to trace it back since all the fuses were good, and help would be amazing since my car is a wreck and I just want to look at the pretty screen and wait for the metra part to come in. Oh and I have an 03 coupe with bose system. Please help this poor Marine fix this.

ok so you've got constant 12v but no accessory (switched) 12 volts is what you're saying?
check other fuses, if the acc isn't good it's usually tied into something else that isn't working like the interior lights. if everything else in your car is working then you may just have to run a line off the ignition (short piece of 18gauge wire). it's a simple enough fix.

No, I'm getting accesory, but no constant 12v. Everything else works fine, all lights to include, guages, interior door, and dome, but no constant 12. I checked all the fuses in the interior that come from the batttery, all good

you may have somehow shorted out that circuit,
easiest thing to do would be run a line from the ignition.
