Newbie Install Question

I have and 04 G35x Coupe with Factory Nav, Bose and amp. I have ordered the Nav2go Kit, a rear headrest flip down LCD, Parrot 3000 with factory molex, and a modded xbox media center to throw in. My only concern is if i disconnect the radio and/or nav, will it still work when i reconnect it or does it require a security code?? What if i also disconnect the Battery for and Amp & Sub install? I have spend 5-6 hours on these forums and learned tons and found tons of hot mods, but i dont want to screw anything up in the upgrade process. Any help would be appreciated.
