2003 Driver Power Seat Questions!!!

I have a 2003 G35 Sedan the passenger seat was a manual adj. I bought a pair of seats off of a parts warehouse online, under the assumption they were a direct fit. They told me they came out of a 2003 Sedan. That may be the case, however I have the passenger seat installed and working perfectly. Found the wiring harness plug wrapped up under the floor board carpet. My big problem now is the driver seat. under the floor board carpet i have the wiring loom which has the white 4 prong plug, the yellow plug, and the little white which is for the seat belt latch sensor. The seat however has the little yellow, and the little white, but no 4 prong plug. It has a large white 12 prong plug and a mess of more wires as this seat has memory functions. I have been on here looking for an answer but nothing really fits my question really. What do I have to do to make this seat work, or am I just royally screwed? I can email pics of the seats and connections if I need to. Thanks ever so much!! My short time on this board has been great so far, I just hope one of you guys can help out just a little.

looks like you've been testing those wires.... the yellow is your airbag plug, that being said I think you may be screwed for the other plug. unless someone has a pinout diagram for the drivers side :S and for the seat

Yes I saw where someone oh here don't remember who I have been racking my brain so much, but something along the lines of the 4 wires from the harness under the carpet to splice those inline with the yellow, red, red white and yellow green, but that didn't work either.......thinking of tearing the seat apart, and re wiring up just the power functions even if that is possible?????

That 12 pin plug is plug B6, located on page SE-60 and 64 and contains wires for the heated seat that come from the heated seat switch (or if you don't have it, the other end of the wires are bundled up under the console near the air bag computer.

What exactly do you need help with? The wiring? You can remove pins and move them to / from the harness

I get the whole part of moving pins, my problem is my car has a 4 prong plug in the car. My seat is the big 12 prong with memory controls. I just need the 4 prong in the car to be wired into my seat that has the memory controls. bypassing all memory controls, as it is my understanding that I can't have memory and heat controls with my new seat as my car only has a 4 prong in it now. What do I have to do to get what I have currently in the car to work with the new seat I have or do i need to get another seat. I even had a guy I know who is awesome with electronics try to figure it out to no avail!!! lol. Thanks G35Mass!!! If you have any insight.

The memory function is retained within the seat I believe. You'll need to run more wires for the heated seat if you chose to add that feature. Or jsut use the diagram to figure out what those four wires are, and match them up to the four they should attach to on the new seat.

Hey G35Mass, I have a similar problem as Nemisis. Is it possible that you could email me that section with the pinout specs? Would be greatly appreciated. If so, my email is the same as username at yahoo. Thank you

G35 Drivers Seat to Chassis Harness Pinouts

Good Evening, I am also interested in the pin outs for the drivers seat harness. I have premium G35 seats I am putting into an older analogue vehicle. I have identified power, ground and the heater circuits. Back and forth motor operation is tied to the seat control module, BCM and outside switches. If I know the function and color of each wire I can make this install happen. Thank you!
