Okay, I have searched and searched on here and I can not find the answer to the question. What is the max mounthing dpeth for speakers in the doors for our cars? I have already purchased 2 sets of 6.5" component speakers and they have a mounting depth of 3.080". What size of spacer am I going to need?

 

i actually just bought some stuff for my car, and online ive seen it listed as 3" depth. not sure tho, hopefully someone else knows.

 

3/4 to 1" and you're fine.

 

Look into the target cutting boards, waterproof and very cheap alternative to mdf rings.
