I have some pics of my personally installed PAC SWI-X. I did it myself and I'll try and post some pics today - maybe I'll get lucky and get a STICKY THREAD!! 
I don't have the premium package, so I mounted mine on the plastic piece that turns on/off the interior lights (door/off)...
works pretty well, but I'll give more details later.......
