Okay so I got a Pioneer F90BT and I need to figure out what wire harness to get.

I have a 05 G35x Sedan with Bose.
I am keeping the stock comp speakers and will add a sub and amp.
Not sure if I need a Metra 7550 or 7551..

Any info would be much appreciated, in addition are there any other harness's I may need?
I have gotten mixed answers and I even went to a audio shop and they were not sure, pretty much said it was trial and error..?

I suggest the 7550 harness. you're less likely to get inducted engine noise from the bad ground. the only disadvantage is that it takes 3 more minutes to wire up haha

 

I would say 7550 also... for the same reasons posted and I have read a ton of TroysG's post to come to that conclusion

Are you guys sure its the 7550? I have heard that its 7551 for the pioneer F90bt. And its 7550 for the F900bt. Can anybody with the F90bt confirm which harness to get?

Pac swi-x or pac swi-ps? Im getting mixed answers! Can somebody also confirm which one to get?

Jin... search buddy I've gone through this many times.
7550 is the best harness for OUR cars due to the bad ground within the factory wiring.
and steering wheel controls have NOTHING to do with this harness but if you're going with a pioneer you can use EITHER of those but the PS may work a lil better with the Pioneer deck

The 7550 and the 7551 are not specific for a deck they are only specific to nissans/infinitis
The 7551 is a lil easier to wire up BUT there is a chance you will get engine noise due to using low level outputs (RCAs) over high level outputs (speakerwire) I don't mind explaining this but you've REALLY gotta search man. we're going through the same info over and over and over and over again.
