my new audio setup
Hey guys, just wanted to see what you think of my new audio setup. should be goin in soon.
Headunit- Pioneer AVIC-F900BT
Front Speakers- Infinity Kappa 60.9cs
Rear Speakers- Infinity Kappa 62.9i
Amp- Alpine F300
mounting the front tweeters was interesing, but i got the speakers in last night. it sounds clearer, but with the stock amp its not good.
what do you guys think though?
ps- i just mounted the speakers, should i get rings so that they are moved out and flush with the ring on the door panel?

so its all in now (except steering wheel controller
it sounds amazing! at first it was lacking a bit of bass since i dont have a sub yet. what i origionally did was put RCA's on the two rear signal wires to the stock sub and hooked it up. it played slightly, but barely noticeable. when i was finishin it up yesterday, i got bored and tried to connect the wires to the sub to the speaker level outs of the HU. the only thing i can say is DAMN. its quite possibly gonna end up smoked, but it actually sounds pretty decent. granted, there are some frequencies that its not reproducing ,but not sure what thats from. my next step is pick up an amp (proally alpine m500 cause itl match my other amp) and hook it up to that. im getting my sub in a few weeks, but for now, this little guy is really pumpin!

Hey. Im planning to get speakers too. I dont have a clue about speakers and amps.
Just got some questions for you.
Are those speakers plug and play?
Do you just hook it up to the stock wires or would you have to use new wires?
What kind of tweeters did you get? Did you install the tweeter at the same spot?
thanks.
