G35 CD player-F3 Error msg

Hi I need some help..the CD player in my G35 coupe has started giving me an Error msg F3 does anyone know how to fix this ? I disconnecteed the battery for an hour and it still didn't reset.The Tape deck and radio works..Thanks Guy
