G35 Cd--F3 Error msg

Hi I need some help..the CD player in my G35 coupe has started giving me an Error msg F3 does anyone know how to fix this ? I disconnected the battery for an hour and it still didn't reset.The Tape deck and radio works..Thanks Guy

yep...it's done. If you had any CDs in there, it's a good chance they're done too. It's a piece of crap radio. Either a dealer replacement or a new aftermarket radio. It'll cost an arm and a leg just to install one into the dash.
