So everything is stock.

only when i listen to CDs the left speakers cut in and out like its cool. im willing to bet its just a connection some where but im new to this car so i guess it could be anything.

also is this something that is under warranty? if so that would be nice. 47k miles

You can thank Infiniti for this problem. It is your CD changer/head unit. Needs to be replaced. Had mine replaced 2 times under warranty and it is failing again outside of warranty.
