IMO FM transmitters are junk. Your next option is the PAC NIS which can be found for anywhere between 65-70 dollars.

cassette adapter...are you serious? it's 2009 you know?
you need a AUX Input Adapter and $75 or more if you want anything that sound half decent (non-cassette or FM transmitter).
