Those who had a gauge LED swap done..?
Can anyone tell me how many LEDs and what kind of LEDS do I need to do a gauge swap?
I want to go for a different dash colour.

There are 10 bulb sockets for manual 11 for auto. Accordfreak I think made his own LED's from the stock bulb holder, I ended up buying the new LED bulbs number 74. I got these:

Work great and almost no hot spots. As for the orange from the gauge face it must be sanded off. I just removed the needles and pulled the gauge face off to sand this off. Also for the mileage display and gear display (AT only) the orange square must be sanded down. Don't need to be able to see through it, it's only there to defuse the light from the LED, then reassemble. Works great and looks even better and I'm rather picky.
