I was wondering how DLS Iridiums 3 ways sound when the mid and tweeter are placed in the kick panel facing your feet. I did a search and saw a couple installs like this in a g35 coupe. Does anyone know if they sound good like this? I always thought the tweeter has to be high up, not near your feet to sound good. BTW the amp i am going to run is a butler audio tube driver blue 2150 amp.

Tweeters are directional the goal with tweeters is to try to get the sound to the center of the car or to one spot in particular (ie drivers head)
As for overall sound quality - as long as the kicks are made properly should sound decent.
