I bought a used metra kit a while ago, hoping to get a good double din but now I dont want to spend the $ on a luxury as it could go towards some bills. This weekend I got the cd error code on the factory bose and need to fix this. I have an older Alpine single din flip out with navi and all the works , but since I bought the kit used I dont have the parts to make it single din. Ive called metra and they dont want to sell me the parts seperate. Is there anyone on here that has these laying around and can sell them to me?
Or does anyone know if the trim piece and pocket from a 350z metra kit would fit?

you can try to buy pocket kit by metra. should only be 10-15 bucks

 

I'm not positive but I should have what your looking for. I just did my DD a few weeks ago... I have a black interior so it's the black metra kit. I know I have the pocket and the single din trim piece but I can't find the single din brackets. Do you know what all you need?

 

I need the pocket, little trim piece and the brackets .
I asked them but they said it wont work.

I have the parts you need for the single din, but need the DD frame, or DD Trimplate as Metra names it, that fills the gap arround the player, see pic.
