I have 2003 g35 coupe....with the sat plug in the trunk....

I ordered the ipod connecter from everythingg35.com ...they sent me

I connected everything and it dont work.....whats wrong?

That doesnt really help anyone. Try posting pictures of the harness(s), where you plugged everything in, etc. And explain what is going on. What are the symptoms?
What you said is too vague. Its like saying I put the key in the ignition but the car wouldnt start. There are too many variables involved for us to just say "hey you need to do this". I would first double check the instal. Make sure you connected everything right, etc. Then go from there

I look a the connector tha goes to the sat wire..and it looks like its missing some lil wire sticks
