4080 enlosure for 2005 G35

Hi,

From what I know, a 10" JL W6 is the best fitment and best sounding with this enclosure. I was wondering if you guys know any other 10" sub will fit and sound just as good or better than the 10" W6?

I need help picking out a good sub that will fit this box and sound just as good or better

Thank you!

price is not my main concern,
my friend shop don't carry JL, so I was asking if there is any other sub that can compete against the JL W6

+1. IDQ or IDMAX, you'll need to modify the box but it will be well worth it.

an IDMAX is probably as big as the 4080 box......

there are many options,
you might like some shallow mount subs.

are you looking for a more musical sub or a louder sub?

The RE audio SE series is comparable to the JL W6. They sound just as good if not better, and can take more power that the W6

An IDMAX is going to be bigger than a jl10w6, but nowhere near as big as the 4080 box. A regular ID10 will be fine also.

you can make the IDMAX fit but it requires some modification and love.
If I had the money I'd go out and pick up an IDMAX 10. but I've got other things on my plate right now.
