i was told by an authorized dealer of Eclipse that you need to have the same authorized dealer you bought the unit from install the HU in your vehicle, or else THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY WITH ECLIPSE WILL BE VOID...
if you dont care about warranty issues, then disregard this post...
