which is better for my headunit? 2way or 3way xover?

I have a switch on my headunit to use either the built in 2way or 3way active crossover?

I have no rear fill at all in my coupe. I have a set of components up front and a single sub in the rear...

1 amp dedicated to the sub and my 4 channel amp wired to my components, which are by passing the passive crossovers that they came with. I have my tweeters wired directly into my amp using the front 2 channels and my mids wired directly to the other 2 channels, and will be using the xover built into my headunit.

So would I set my headunit to 3way mode?
