Hey Everyone,

I had a Pioneer F900 BT installed into my 05 G and now my speakers are not going loud at all. I didn't think that the pre-outs on the F900 would be weaker than the stock radio. Has anyone else ever had a similar problem?

 

you need to change from the 7551 kit and use the 7550 kit

The F-series (other than the F90bt) has very weak pre-outs -- you need at least 4.0v pre-outs for the G to have volume like stock...

 

Shoot, looks like im lookin at a new 4 channel and speakers then...

 

Well, if you get a $15 metra 7550 -- your problems will be solved and it'll more than loud enough... almost TOO loud...LOL
