Hi I would just like to know if an altima touchscreen would fit into a sedan or should I get an aftermarket one (pioneer or others) and sell the Altima one (which I got free). If it does how do I do so? Thanks. Otherwise I have to get portable navigation with bluetooth. Cause cops are checking if u talk on phone or not and the car has no bluetooth option at the moment. So I want to get the option. The Altima screen looks complicated.
