Will a t1 45 90d16 spare tire fit my g35 sedan

Need more info


Tire fit the rim? Do you have full size spare? Space Saver? Is this an Infiniti spare or one take out of a different make?

Need a lot more details to properly answer you

My spare is T135/70r16 is this and it was flat last night along with my tire my brothers spare from his element was the bigger size spare we made it work but I guess the tire shop had a hard time pulling the spare off this morning
