need help! installing infinity door speakers 06 cp
hey guys, im in the middle of putting in some infinity reference 6020cs speakers in the doors of my 06 coupe and i have a pretty important question
the wires that i need to use to attach to the crossover (supplied with speakers) as the input line..... are they the ones that go directly into the factory Bose woofer? or is there a bose crossover that i should bypass?
according to the following site, the front passenger door (which is the one i started with) has speaker wires colored: green-positive, red-negative.... however this is for a 2004 coupe, i assume they are the same for 06??

im mainly concerned with whether or not i need to bypass a stock crossover or just splice into the wires currently going to the woofer
any help is greatly appreciated

After looking at mine last week when I ran new wires into my doors it looks like the bose amp sends a full range signal into the door speakers since the tweeter has a capacitor on it to eliminate to lower frequencies, so you should be fine using any of the wires in the door. The main wires come into the door and then branch out to the midrange and tweeter in that white plug that's taped to the harness right below the tweeter.
