CD ERR FO on a g35 non bose sedan

So i have the infamous radio error on my 03 sedan, and it really didn't matter because I switched to double din shortly after. however im returning the car back to stock for trade in, and am now stuck with this problem. so i have some questions.

1. does this mean that the problem lies with the electronic board (the board with the a/c controls and radio controls)?

2. The cd changer was scrapped, so will a bose cd changer still work?

3. Will non bose speakers from an 03-04 g coupe fit the sedan?

thanks guys!

From my experience, when I had the error message on the Bose head unit, the problem was an internal short on the circuit board. The dealer replaced the unit under warranty at that time.

looks like your stereo is messing up.... later on you will loose your a/c controls and will have to buy jdm a/c control and go with an after market stereo.... from experience...
