So I'm pretty set on getting a Kenwood DDX814 in the next couple of weeks (since I finally got a JDM DDin kit) and I wanted to know if anyone here has any experience with the HU. It's near impossible to find any user reviews online.

 

specs seem to be the same as DNX8120 minus the nav, hence DDX and not DNX

you will love the unit, the EQ is amazing and the time alignment really works well

I did a review on my 8120, search for it. The features are the same.

agreed -- I have a 8120 and the unit you're interested is everything the 8120 is but without navi --

the 8120 rocks -- and therefore the DNX will rock too -- no worries, it's a kickass headunit
