hey all, i have an 06 coupe nonbose and i was wondering what kind of aftermarket speakers i could run. i bought infinity kappas for the rear but they are too deep. can anyone help me or tell me what im doing wrong with the kappas i bought?

 

If you are talking the side rear speakers they need to be less than 1.75" deep. I think you can get some Infinity Reference shallow mount that will fit. Crutchfield is a great resource to tell you what speakers will fit in your car. Then buy somewhere else!

 

Just buy a set of spacers off ebay for $20 and they'll fit perfect.

 

vrod, will the spacers leave enough clearance for the panels to fit?
