Sirius hook up on Bose stereo

from what i understand i'd have to buy a kit in order to hook up sirius to my stock stereo, is that right or is there a way without having to drop a few hundred dollars?

I have a sportster 5 from my old car, not sure if there's a way to just plug in the antenna or something.

figured i'd confirm :-) thanks fellas

What car do you have?

You either need to buy a Nissan tuner to plug into the factory sat radio harness (assuming your car is 04 and up) or buy an adapter like the PAC AAI-NIS2, USASpec unit, or the Peripheral unit to plug your sportster into the RCA input from these devices and play it through the sat connection on your radio.
