No picture from dvd?
I have a 5140 kenwood and I did not do the parking brake sensor wire is this why i have no movie? I'm sorry for the dumb ? but I thought if i did not hook it up it would just work

You have to hook it up. If you don't, you get no picture. There are ways to bypass it, but the easiest is to hook up a switch. Most head units now, you can't just ground the wire like the older models.
