Bluetooth Handsfree Car kit

I'm very anxious to see how this works. I just need to know one thing; is the Advanced Music Mute (HCE-16) directly compatible with the stock Bose HU? I want to install the Bluetooth Car kit (HCB-30), or the new hcb-300. I don't know who to contact about this, and have searched the day away...

I too have the HCB-30, and bought the advanced music mute, but was told by my local installer that the Advanced Music Mute would not work with the bose system...did you get yours to work?
