2004 radio with 2003 face

2004 radio with 2003 face
Hey guys I got my hands on a 2004 HU (With Sat button) but it apparently came out of a car with titanum trim but I have the willow trim so the buttons dont match up. DO you know if the 2003 buttons will still work and I just have to keep a mental note of what the am button really is or will it just not work?
