Not too knowledgeable in the Woofer and Amp category...

Any comments or suggestions?..

I was offered a 1 Rockford Fosgate 12" Sub Woofer Model # P3D412 and Eclipse Amp model # Xa1000 for $150.00 (They are almost brand new)

Do you guys think this is a good deal?

I would still need to get a box for the Sub to fit in the G.
