Burnt CD's won't play in my G.. help please!

i belive the 04s did not have mp3 feed back, could be wrong

It plays CD's that my girlfriend has made me with iTunes.. I'm even using the same exact CDs

Are you doing the exact same method of burning to CD. You may try to make an image copy of hers to see if it will play those.

iTunes I believe can burn at least two types of CD formats. One being a Data type and the other being CD type. You will most likely need to use the CD type as opposed to the Data type, only thing that sucks about that, is the CD type can't have nearly as many songs as the Data type.

Did you make sure itunes was burning as a cd and not as an mp3 cd? Also in the settings make sure its closing the cd and everything properly. They cd player can play burned cds no problem but it will not do mp3 playback for that year so it cant be a data disc. If that all doesnt work and the cds play on other cd players (that arent mp3 capable as well) then try a different brand of blank discs.


also, who uses limewire anymore? you should really learn to torrent

I just burnt an Audio CD opposed to a data/mp3 CD.. i'll have to go out and try it in the morning..

I just burnt some CDs my car played burnt ones in the past but now won't play them but still plays the old burnt ones.. Is ther any way I can get it to play them?
